Maintenance Checklists

Spring Maintenance


  • Remove the leaves and debris that has fallen in the unit
 
  • Chemically clean the outdoor coil
 
  • Check the refrigerant levels
 
  • Check the electrical components
 
  • Check the drain lines
 
  • Check the filters. Replace customer supplied filters.
 
  • Visually check the duct-work (where reasonably accessible)

Fall Maintenance

 
  • Remove the leaves and debris that has fallen in the unit
 
  • Clean the indoor coil (if accessible)
 
  • Check the refrigerant levels(Heat Pump only)
 
  • Check the electrical components
 
  • Check carbon monoxide levels (if gas fired)
 
  • Check the filters. Replace customer supplied filters.
 
  • Visually check the duct-work (where reasonably accessible)
